Yes. Every corporate booking of 10 or more guests includes a dedicated group coordinator who manages timing, group flow, and camp liaison on the day. For Large Group events of 50+ guests, this is upgraded to a dedicated Event Lead with supporting coordinators.
Team Building and Incentive Group safaris travel together as a coordinated convoy. Large Group events use a staggered wave convoy, with vehicles departing in managed groups of 4 to 6, to maintain safety and pacing at scale.
We recommend booking at least 3 business days in advance for Team Building and Incentive Group safaris. Large Group events of 50 or more guests require a minimum of 14 days' notice to coordinate fleet availability and camp arrangements.
Yes. Emirates Desert Adventures regularly hosts corporate groups including visiting international teams. Our drivers and coordinators speak English, Arabic, Hindi, and Urdu as standard, with additional language support arranged on request.
Team Building and Incentive Group safaris are priced per person: Team Building starts from AED 199 per person, and Incentive Groups start from AED 379 per person. Large Group corporate events are quoted individually as a full event based on group size, date, and activity selection.
Incentive Group safaris include private vehicles for your group, reserved premium seating, table-served BBQ dinner, a complimentary falcon display, and shisha service at your table. Team Building safaris use a shared-camp format with standard buffet dining.
Yes. Branded company name signage at the pickup point and camp entrance is included at no extra cost for Team Building and Incentive Group bookings, and is provided as standard for all Large Group events.
